Earth Day: Hope or Palliative Care?
Indoors In-Person + Online: 10:30am MST
Led by: Rev. Christine Dance
Worship Associate: Gary Ezzell
Music: Marimba Soundscapes with Marilyn Clark Silva
While Earth Day is often about how much we love nature, animals, and specific actions we can take, this year, we must acknowledge that we’re at a critical point, and possibly a point of no return. When it comes to climate justice, where do we find hope? And, if we can’t, how do we prepare for the crises that will continue to increase?
Share the Plate
We have started splitting our weekly offering 50/50 with a different organization each month, because we feel this approach better reflects our values than simply donating the entire offering from one service per month. April’s Share the Plate recipient is The Bridge Initiative.
