The Book Discussion Group will begin discussing “The Book of Hope: A Survival Guide for Trying Times” by Jane Goodall and Douglas Abrams with Gail Hudson on February 6. The Book of Hope touches on vital questions, including: How do we stay hopeful when everything seems hopeless? How do we cultivate hope in our children?
Dear Fellow Congregants, The lower parking lot has asphalt laid and lines painted and we can drive and park on it!! We still have additional inspections, lighting, irrigation, and planting to do, but it is usable! Hooray!! The UUCP Nominating Committee is responsible for identifying members of the congregation who would consider taking active roles in leadership on the UUCP Board of Trustees, UU Foundation Board (UUFP), or Nominating Committee.
