Unchecking the box in front of each resource will hide the reservations for that resource.
Clicking on the calendar listing will show a popup with the details of the reservation.
The default view shows the current week; you can view the current month by selecting “Month” instead of “List” in the upper right corner of the calendar. You can move forward and backward by week or month using the arrows in the upper left corner of the calendar, and you can return to the current week or month by selecting “Today”.
Please note: this calendar lists the resource reservation times, which may last longer than the related event to allow for setup and tear down.
The calendar data is cached, so you may not see events added within the past hour.
